To ensure proper healing, you must be at least 6 weeks post-operation before receiving this treatment.

Our post-op scar treatments are a facial for your scar — a moment for self care and reconnection with your body after a major operation.
Post-op surgery scar treatments are customized to your scar’s needs based on appearance, swelling, inflammation, range of motion, and sensation.
Each post-op scar treatment includes a gentle exfoliation as well as masks to help with hyperpigmentation, inflammation, scarring, and to promote cell turnover.

Hydrated scars are happy scars. If you’re looking for a great moisturizer for your post-op scars, we have a couple recommendations:
If you’re looking for hydration + brightening power we LOVE Zandiland Deck Glow for hyperpigmentation.
If you want a great moisturizer but you’re not worried about hyperpigmentation, our go-to is alway Foster Goodness Hive Vibe for hydration without all the other stuff.

Next to hydration, massaging your scar daily is the best way you can take care of your scars and prep for your scar treatment — especially if your scar is fresh (under 1 year old).
Our Post-Op Scar Treatments involve a lot of massage and moving fluids away from your scar to promote healing. This is GREAT for the results we’re looking for, but it can be uncomfortable if your scar isn’t used to touch or pressure.

Between treatments, the best way to care for your scar at home is to keep it hydrated and to keep massaging, massaging, massaging.
Daily massage in gentle circular motion breaks up deep connective tissue and helps to restore your range of motion.
Consistency is key for smooth results.

does this service hurt?
The area around your scar may be sensitive (or even numb) but this treatment should not hurt. Any pain could be indicative of tightness in the scar or another issue such as infection.
