Community care refers to a concerted approach to supporting individuals’ health and well-being within their local communities. We believe this approach recognizes the importance of social determinants of resources and aims to empower individuals to have an active role in their care while fostering a sense of belonging and support amongst their peers. We acknowledge that finding establishments that align with each person’s values can be daunting when done alone.

We have compiled a list of local Businesses that have been vetted and organized by categories. This is a living, breathing document that will be updated as we receive recommendations & feedback. This is simply a compilation of resources available to the LGBTQIA+ community here in Sacramento.
